Simulation Study of Phase-Driven Multichannel Nano-Optical Conveyor Belt Using Rectangular Gratings

A nano-optical conveyor belt is a unique type of near-field optical tweezer, capable not only capturing nanoparticles, but also transporting them. In this study, we propose multichannel conveyer, based on simple rectangular distributed grating array. The design was optimized by varying the number slits in gratings, and particle transport achieved adjusting phase difference excitation beams. Simulation calculation results indicate that multiple traps parallel channels can be generated exciting gratings with four incident force trapping potential were used to confirm 20 nm metallic nanoparticles stably attracted dynamically transported along Compared existing nano-photon conveyors, boasts straightforward structure exceptional performance, offering promising new approach manipulation.
